I like the nuthatch photos and the b&w of the barn. It started raining here Sunday and is raining yet,so that photo looks much like things are this area.
ReplyDeleteOld barns and farm land makes beautiful pictures. Great shot you captured.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture. It may have been taken in the rain and winter, but to me it reminds me of a cool spring morning. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful farm. Nice shot on a damp overcast day.
ReplyDeleteNow that's what I call a BARN! Nice picture!
ReplyDeleteI can only say that is a lovely barn pictured in a most beautiful black and white photo.
ReplyDeleteI really, really like this photo!!! :) You should have it printed & fitted for a large frame for your wall! :)
ReplyDeleteCool pictures. Found you through a comment on my brother's blog and thought I'd stop by. I have added you to my favorites list and will be back. Take care.

old barns are timeless.... i always enjoy shots of them. nice one! and what a great capture below....of your little nuthatch. i can't get close enough to my birds to get a good shot....i don't have the right kind of lens.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful barn. It looks so strong.
ReplyDeletebeautiful picture.
ReplyDeleteNice in B/W great photo.
ReplyDeletekerri,
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog... i really love your bird photography... i just ordered a 70-200 so i'm hoping that that will give me enough reach to start doing some bird/wildlife photography...

i like the black and white touch to it .....gives the whole feel of a rainy day!!!!
ReplyDeleteWell placed horizon on the photo - great in B & W.
ReplyDeleteIt's strange how "simple" structures like barns look differently in different countries.
Hi Kerri... I've missed being here.. Love the nuthatch pictures, I'm into these barns like you are into your benches...
ReplyDeleteThanks Kerri for your concern while I've been poorly.. I'm well on the mend now so expect to see more comments coming this way.
I just really like b&w!
ReplyDeleteLove B&W farm scenes! Add to that the rainy day..perfect!!
ReplyDeleteOoo! I love photos of barns! Nice one!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that picturesque in black and white. But I wonder, is that barn red? Green roof? Christmas colors, I'm thinking. My imagination may just be stuck on Christmas.
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
ReplyDeleteThat's one heck of a barn. It dwarfs what I imagine is a mature tree next to it. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteVery inviting farm lands. You captured the foggy barn nicely.
ReplyDeleteClassic timeless shot!
ReplyDeletegorgeous shot. another one that begs to be stared at for a long period of time rather than a glancing look.
ReplyDeleteI love the barn photo. Its just beautiful, and the black and white makes it even better.
ReplyDeleteNormally, I wouldn't like so much blank sky. However, in this photo it adds to the feeling of remoteness, and of a cold winter day. It just works!
ReplyDeleteNow that is a nice shot for a rainy day
ReplyDeleteWhat a great barn!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo! I really enjoy your barn pictures in black and white.
