I wondered if the photo on the top is the same tree as in your 'brown and gray' post?
It's amazing how beautiful the ice can make things look. We get one of these type of storms every couple of years here. I'll be sure to have my camera at the ready for the next one.
It's amazing how beautiful this ice rain can be even though it can be so destructive at times. You've captured the crystal lustre around the branches as if it was made of glass. So pretty, Kerri. The Rocky Mountain Retreat

Hi Kerri These are beautiful pictures and make me shiver just looking at them... we are starting to see some frost now and the hills above looked to be covered.
Sad to say, but now that I have gotten the photography bug, when we get bad weather, like ice, one of my first thoughts is - "OOOO! I need to try to take cool pics!".
Your blog is awsome! I can spend the whole day here! Well done! I followed your link from the comments you left on my photoblog www.inagouws.aminus3.com - thank you so much for your visit and nice comments. Greetings from South Africa!
Your photoblog is really well done. It is full of fantastic photos. I must admit that for my photo of benches in mine post, I'have been inspired to your benches of 4 December. Have a nice week.
