I am so sorry to hear what difficulties you have faced with, my dear friend. Thanks God that your son is alright. As for your problem, my dear friend, I think you have to do something; whether to do biopsy or whether to find to hear some other expert opinion on that matter, but just don’t wait for 6 month. I wish you everything the best from the bottom of my heart. I’ll pray for you. I visited Irene’s blog and have to say that her water drop photo is really great and your shot is beautiful as usual.
Your pictures in the past week have all been so beautiful - I had to come over from bloglines to tell you that. And also to offer my prayers and blessings for good health in the coming year...
I agree with medam, do something right now. Biopsy is best I think, you need to know what's going on, It's not knowing that is the worst. And I'm so glad your son is unhurt. Cars can be replaced, sons cannot!
I am glad you are feeling better. Isn't it funny how different you can feel from one day to the next? You are right, your son's incident was really a GREAT thing, even though it was incredibly scary.
And thank you so much for the compliment on my photo! I really appreciate it!
It is always good to let it out, and not internalize. A sense of community, even virtual, always helps our emotional state of mind, we're all here together.
Loved the Catkin pictures... You have many bloggers thinking great thoughts for you... and thats because we are all your blogging friends.
A friend is someone we turn to When our spirits need a lift, A friend is someone we treasure For their friendship is a gift, A friend is someone who fills our lives With Beauty, Joy, and Grace And makes this thing called 'Blogging' A Better and Happier Place.
So sorry to hear about your son and his accident with the deer. Also sorry about your results. I know how you feel. The same happened to me once. I opted to wait the 6 months - and all was fine with me. If you tend to worry I would say go ahead with the biopsy to give yourself piece of mind. You are in my prayers.
Don't for a second feel bad about expressing feelings that aren't always rosie. Like you, we all go through times that are difficult and I'd like to think if those that read here are true friends they will support you in good times and bad. After reading some of the other comments, it's obvious you do have some good friends here.
One day at a time. It will continue to get better.
I am saddened by your start to the year. As a nurse, I just wanted to remind you that it is your right as a patient to seek a second opinion if for any reason you are unsure in your decision. Doctors neglect to tell patients that, so if you are unsure, it might not hurt to ask for that. They have to oblige....but most people do not know that. Biopsy's are fast, and you learn the results relatively fast, waiting six months could mean a more invasive procedure later. Best of luck and hoping it works out the way we all hope it does.
I love popping over to see your pictures. I know you are going through some difficult times, and I agree with some of the other posts about getting more information. One thing I have to pat you on the back for though is that you really have a positive outlook and truly know the meaning of stopping and smell the flowers. That in itself will be the best medicine you can give yourself. You are in my prayers.
Hi Kerri Only just saw your earlier post and it sounds like you had every reason for feeling down. Sometimes you just need to let it out. Glad to hear your son is ok. Thinking of you and hope that you will be ok and pray that it is nothing serious. All the best Max
continued thoughts andprayers Kerri

Kerri,
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about your son having the accident, but glad he was OK.
Also sorry about the news on the health front. I think I would get the further testing.
It's not a good start to the year, but hopefully things will get much better for you.
Good luck, and as always I enjoy your superb photographs. Keep up the good work!
