Walk with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerful, the planners, the doers, the successful people with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground. Let their spirit ignite a fire within you to leave this world better than when you found it...

That is such a great picture Kerri. Isn't it so good to learn something new about your camera..
ReplyDeleteIn answer to your question about the engines, they actually come in all colors. Each railroad has it's own design and color. There are more colored ones than black ones.
Have a super day.
you did excellent work here. it has to do with the speed of you camera
ReplyDeleteThis is very good...and considering it came from moving vehicle, it's great! Did you set it on a fast shutter speed?
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, inside or outside the car. My new lens has an adjustment for taking pictures from a moving vehicle. Haven't tried it yet, but you've inspired me to give it a try.
ReplyDeleteYou did good! That looks just like the North Georgia mountains. Pretty scene!
ReplyDeleteWOW! It looks more like autumn there than it does here! How did that happen?
ReplyDeleteThat's great for being in a moving car! Beautiful photo! Doesn't need words :-)
ReplyDeleteStunning! Well done, there is a knack to taking shots from cars, but it's not impossible :)
ReplyDeleteThat's brilliant. Very well done indeed.
ReplyDeleteAll your pictures are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteFall is slowly creeping in and though it's a beautiful time of year I'm not quite ready for it just yet!
Wow, an excellent shot from such a great speed! Beautiful scenery.
ReplyDeleteExcellent shot from the inside of a speeding car. It's amazing how digital cameras can pull it off. :)
ReplyDeleteI love your neck of the world in autumn too!
ReplyDeleteNice 'moving' shot.
Beautiful fall colors!
ReplyDeleteWe definitely don't have that much Autumn here quite yet... but then it can happen so quickly... I'll wake up one morning and wow... the leaves will just change magically over night!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really awesome photo and such a speed... I'm impressed!
Excellent shot at 55 MPH. (Was it really 55 MPH?) ;) So, how dd you do this without the blur?
ReplyDeleteThe colors show off the mountains in the background. . . now if only that sky had been blue. . .
ReplyDeleteI learned to take photos thru a bus window on the freeway.
Left you a note on the last three.
ReplyDeletePaulie
PS No more benches?
Gotta love life's little surprises (and fast shutter speeds), eh? Lovely shot! :)
ReplyDeleteJudging for that photo autumn really is around a corner over there. The photo is great with that fall’s colours. Well done, indeed!
ReplyDeleteNice shot. You are blessed to live somewhere that shows signs of autumn. Here in the south - our only hint of fall is still high humidity and Hurricanes. I can't wait for relief, which will probably be around the middle/end of October.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm sorry to say that the lazy hazy days of summer are dwindling fast... but we have the glorious colours of Autumn to look forward to. One frosty night and everything will be in glorious tecnicolour!
ReplyDeleteFall is coming too fast for me. Kerri, excellent job from the moving car.
ReplyDeleteI do like your style.
Great picture. I have tried many times to get shots that way...some work, some don't. I know I can set my camera somewhere to do that.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing.
So I didn't quite get caught up last week - I will this week, though! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall colors! Great work on the photo while in a moving car!
