Great ... wonderful ... beautiful images ... nice visual organization! Nice to know your blog "A Little Piece of Me", including "monitor" to facilitate their publications. A hug. Ronaldo. Brasil(com "s")
I bet the little ones are grateful for the treat! As for the mood, no doubt the long weather has something to do with it. Comes a point, I would think, when it can't not. Hang in there!
Sorry I have not visited you in quite some time. I’ve not forgotten about your blog. I will return early April. Hope to have some great pictures and stories to share.
I'm going to have to give that a try on my wreath. Although I'm sure the starlings and sparrows will be the ones to get to it first. They have taken over!
There's nothing wrong with taking time off for a mood. I do it all the time. Life sure can be challenging! Or maybe I should say teenage daughters.
What a sweet picture. We've had some Goldfinches returning so they are a joy to see. I can't help but think of Summer when I see their yellow coming in : )
Again, your pictures are so beautiful. I still haven't made one of those homemade wreath/birdfeeder things, but need to so I can attract some of those beautiful birds. I did see a couple of red birds but wasnt able to take a picture. Hope you feel better soon.
Good idea --no wonder you get so many birds. Most of the time I see birds, its a robin or starling. I once saw a beautiful blue bird and posted it but forget what it was.Of course, I don't havea place to feed themso that makes a difference.
I located a wreath and I'm going to load it up. Such a cool idea. Have a happy week-end, and I'm sure some sun will do wonders for your mood Kerri. I can relate ! B.
Your Goldfinches are showing a lot more yellow than ours. Great photograph. I'd love to do the wreath, but the the danged squirrels would consume it in minutes.
I am sorry if you are going through some difficult times. I do hope that such mood will not last too long and that you will find enough strength to overcome no matter what it is about. So, get well soon, please! :-))

He's a beauty Kerri. I know what you mean. Sometimes I am tempted to just post... "Out of birds, and out of words... be back soon." :c)
ReplyDeleteToast for breakfast!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea, putting the scraps in a wreath. Mind if I copy you???? My back yard birds would love it!

ReplyDeleteNice work Kerri!
ReplyDeleteYou goldfinch seems to have more color than the one tending my feeder; maybe because you are farther south.
I am so drawn to your photographs. I love coming here to see what you've posted. Hope you are feeling more like yourself soon. :)

ReplyDeleteKerri, I love that wreath! You obviously love it, too (and the birds). Now I have a new bird food idea :o)
ReplyDeleteTalking about moods - I took a two week break away from the blog completely. Not rid of the mood, yet, however :o)
