This is simply beautiful Kerri. I'd love to be able to capture and image like this and so far have only seen this style from Norwegian photographers (see my blogroll for 'truly beautiful' links). I think you must have some Norwegian blood somewhere! I've been looking through your blog and you're a fantastic photographer. I'll be back! Janice.
Hallo Kerri, thank you for your visit on my blog! The photo of the mill is very beautiful! I looked through your posts and I enjoyed your photos very much! Thanks for sharing! Have a nice week ahead!
Wonderful photo, indeed! The mill looks so beautiful and attractive. I so much like its wooden construction and that small wooden window opened. The whole composition is really lovely!
Wow! I can see why it's so popular to photograph. What a beautiful scene and you captured it perfectly with the lighting, the lovely trees, and the still water. It looks like it should be on the cover of one of those 1000 piece puzzle boxes! Thanks for your visit. You have really inspiring photos on your blog...
Wow, picture perfect! I hope that is how your day was too, there! Just came back from vacation at Yosemite Nat. Park, and it is also very beautiful, more on the wilder side than where you were.
I can well understand why folks make for this area.. and this mill... another very beautiful scene ... I'm sure you both had a peaceful relaxing time there..

Happy Saturday to you, too, Kerri. I love this photo, marvelous.
Gorgeous! Reminds me of a "little house on the prarie" type book!
Fantastic snap. It is very scenic

Kudos! Hope you enjoyed your visit and well deserved leisure. It was a beautiful day to be out and about...
Such a beautiful picture of the mill. It must be really nice to see it in person.
I love old mills. That's a beautiful shot! The Blue Ridge Parkway is a favorite too. I wish we had time to drive part of it this vacation.
What an atmosphere!!!!
This most certainly is a picture which should be on a calendar,or better yet framed and hanging on a wall.Gorgeous!
Blessings,Ruth
An absolutely beautiful scene Kerri.

That is just a beautiful shot of the mill. Post card perfection.
The yellow butterfly shot is lovely too. I like the gentle softness there.

Awesome photo! Looks like a very charming area - I want to be there!
It certainly is lovely!
I have seen photos of that mill before, but had forgotten the name of it.
Your photo of it is beautiful.
I've always wanted to visit this mill. Maybe this fall!
I love the water wheel, the open window and the barely visible fence.
