I love these blue butterflies too. The light in this photo is exquisite!
ReplyDeleteNot surprising at all!
ReplyDeleteI completely understand the happiness a butterfly can bring. They are wonderful little creatures! Great photo - your butterfly shots always impress me.

ReplyDeleteOnly they're closest friends call them bugs, so you're in! This is a delightful shot, Kerri.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning picture - it captures 'a moment in time' so beautifully!
ReplyDeleteIt's not crazy. It's love!
ReplyDeleteThe master of macros strikes again!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo, Kerri! I love these, too. We haven't had many butterflies here this year. Normally our yard is full of them.
ReplyDeleteI discovered these recently, too. I never knew how small they were and wondered why other people saw blue butterflies and I never did! I have trouble getting an open wing shot. This is excellent!
ReplyDeleteWhat an unsual butterfly; those subtle colours are very arrresting.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Kerri, and no, I'd be just as enthralled. I am just catching up on all my feeds after a crazy week, and yours was the first blog I visited. I feel better already. :c)
ReplyDeleteThis a stunning shot! Ive been trying to get a shot like this, but it's hard!! Great blog
ReplyDeleteFantastic shot. Butterflies are like daisies and sunflowers they bring smiles to your face and make you think happy thoughts. Thanks for my happy thoughts today. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteHad to let you know. I had never seen a tiny little blue butterfly like this, but today at the garden store, I saw one on a flower. If I had not seen your post a few days earlier, I wonder if I would have noticed it?
