Lovely picture, and the quote it is interesting, I am tempted to comment about it, even dough his author was much more wiser than me. Ok here is what you do when you see “As we look at the world around us, images flicker into our brains like so many disparate pixels on a computer screen that change every time our eyes move, which is several times a second. Yet we don’t perceive the world as a constantly flashing computer display.” “…Recent studies have hotly debated whether the visual system uses a buffer to store image information and if so, the duration of that storage,…We found that the answer is ‘yes,’ the brain in fact stores the last image seen for up to two seconds.”
Therefore without this mechanism it would not be possible for the eye to make us enjoy the beauty shown in that image.
That is so beautiful butterfly; its color and patterns on its wings! It looks like he posed just for you. The light is great as well as the color of the background.
That is so beautiful, Kerri! I don't know the species, but that doesn't matter I still enjoy the wonderful colors and lighting.
