I don't think there's much squirrels don't like! Chipmunks sure enjoyed raiding our strawberry patch on a regular basis so I imagine squirrels would like them too.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot as always, Kerri!
What a great shot !!!
ReplyDeleteI knew that they like fruits - last year the one who lives in the garden has stolen all the Mirabelle plums on my little tree !!! About 20 of them in one night - awesome :)
What a great photo ~ the wee squirrel is so adorable eating that strawberry. Wonderful color!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great shot!! We have several squirrels (red and gray) so I may have to try that! I always love to see your great pictures.

ReplyDeleteI can sum up the photo with one word, EXQUISITE! Wait a minute, CUTE! Oh yea, AWESOME!I guess that's three words. Great photo Kerri!
ReplyDeleteI think squirrels will eat anything that's edible. They can be such destructive little creatures but how can you not fall in love with one that looks like this!
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific shot. I didn't know squirrels like strawberries either but I'm not surprised. I think they will eat anything!
ReplyDeleteNow that's a rare shot! A good one too :-)
ReplyDeleteSuper capture Kerri! A very nice shot, although personally I'm not a big fan of squirrels ('tree rats' as someone wrote on my blog).
ReplyDeleteI love this photo, great for a frame indeed. My kitchen is Lemons and strawberries... Happy RT
ReplyDeleteMy Ruby Link for you
Very cute, Kerrri. Robins love strawberries. I think they like all fruit, actually. They are very piggy (but cute) eating my raspberries, red currants, black currants and serviceberries too. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat capture, Kerri. Love it.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to me squirrels will eat almost anything we put out for the birds. They are so cute, though, that it is hard to begrudge them their monopolizing the bird feeder. This is a stunning image that really brings out the the beauty of your subject and his personality.
ReplyDeleteThat made for a great photo opportunity.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day,enjoying nature.
Blessings,Ruth
Thank YOU for treating us to this gorgeous photo! A perfect shot it is!

The photo of a squirrel having a treat is a TREAT! The pop of color is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteSquirrels steal everything from the birds. This is a really neat photo!

ReplyDeletewhat a delicacy ...
ReplyDeleteSquirrels will eat anything.
ReplyDeleteExcept gum drops. We put some out one day and they sat there for a week. And when I say we, I mean my husband. I'd never put gum drops out for the animals.
I forgot to say THIS PHOTO IS AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know squirrels liked strawberries, but I think they will try most fruits. Super shot Kerri.
ReplyDeleteB.
Great photo. Say, if I knew you were putting out strawberries, I'd be there too!
ReplyDeleteGreat picture. We have an outdoor cat. I have seen just about everything from squirrels to lizards eating her cat chow. Wished I'd had my camera when I stepped out to find 3 lizards eating from her bowl.
ReplyDeleteIt was a funny sight.
