Thanks Keri for your kind comments - I want to be able take photos that are as great as yours! I do not have a macro lens - I just set my Nikon Coolpix P90 to "macro mode" and the results have been great! I am hoping for Nikon D90 or D7000.
not sure how I missed this one, it is so beautiful!
Natures simple beauty. FAB.
I really like the colors in these leaves. Thanks for sharing this image. Blessings,Ruth
A lot of folks call them fire bushes, but I guess (because that is also the name of another shrub) a better name is the burning bush. It is a kind of Euonymus. The Euonymus alatus to be exact. I have several in my yard. The one in my front flower bed has coloring on the leaves just like yours. So delicate as it hangs on. They sure can be a beautiful bush!
Nice with the red and green on the same leave. Very pretty.
Beautiful image and message in the quote for a November Ruby Tuesday post.
Beautiful leaves, beautiful quote to accompany them. Thanks, Kerri.
That is a GREAT quote and one absolutely stunning photo!!!!
This is so beautiful.
The leaves are really pretty whatever it is. I like the yellow edge on that bright red leaf.
You really captured these leaves as they go through their transformation just at the right time! Thanks for stopping by and Happy Thanksgiving.
