Happiness Is To Be Found Along the Way

Benches are one of my favorite subjects. To some, an empty bench looks lonely - but to me - an empty bench looks inviting - just the spot for a short rest along my journey, and the perfect place to stop and breathe deeply of nature.
Happiness is to be found along the way, not at the end of the road, for then the journey is over and it is too late. Today, this hour, this minute is the day, the hour, the minute for each of us to sense the fact that life is good, with all of its trials and troubles, and perhaps more interesting because of them.- Robert R. 5. I feel the same as you do about the benches!! In fact one of my favorite photographs on Etsy is of a bench! {Raceytay} I don't find them lonely at all. In fact, I think of them as great places to rest and think!...And write! :-)

  6. That bench looks very inviting to me as well. A very good place to stop and sit with a friend and have a chat while the warm fall wind makes the leaves dance. Oh yes ~ very nice Kerri!

    Happy Thursday!
