Sometimes I think one of the best parts of Spring is the "looking forward to it" part :)

Oh, it's definitely the "looking forward" part for me... we're just a couple of months away from this!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photo and really nice quote. I agree that the looking forward to it part is good! Then when it comes, we're so excited!

How true is this statement.. A lot of people should be reading this one...We live in Iowa where the winter is so cold and sometimes just not nice...IT's part of life if you live here. Spring is something to look forward to but so is winter if you live in Iowa. Enjoy the seasons...all 4 of them.
ReplyDeleteIt's tough sometimes to look forward (especially when it's snow-covered, icy roads, and wind chills in the negatives), but with posts like this to remind us, the wait is a little easier :)
ReplyDeleteHe looks cool as a cucumber...and quiet!...And I don't know if I totally agree with the quote. I'd just as soon NOT have bad health just to appreciate when it's good...THANK YOU! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhen it's -30 in central MN like it was this morning, spring can't get here soon enough. Actually just hoping for a short Jan. thaw.

Well, with the deep freeze here I get the feeling spring is still a few corners away. But we can stilllook back at photographs like this and marvel at what nature brings. It won't be long now...(smile). ATB!

ReplyDeleteThat quote really spoke to me.I have been longing for spring, but must first endure the winter. In the same way I long to be 'from the heart' happy again, but I must first pass through the period of grieving which God has allowed.Gorgeous picture of the mocking bird.
