Truly a lovely bird, they make sweet pets. Mom took all the stray animals in and nursed them back to health. This one Jay decided he would like to stay. He lived 3 years with us, he would fly around all day outside and return home just in time for dinner and bed in my room.
Spectacular Blue Jay image, Kerri! I don't think I have ever seen a finer jay photo. Fabulous detail, color and bokeh. Yes, that sweet, beautiful soul is certainly shining through! Amazing capture!
Kerri - I feel like I have been away forever! All the prep time before - the two weeks gone - and this week trying to get past the jet lag - I finally feel like me again (for the moment anyway). So nice to see such a great bird shot. It has been so long since I have been able to get out and capture some birdies!!
