After the rain these fascinating creatures were out in abundance. I did a bit of research on the Slug and found out some very interesting info on Wikipedia - HERE

Slugs are just soooo gooey.
Why, yes I am! Great shot!
I have always liked looking closely at slugs, they are fascinating with those eyes.... but I really don't want to touch one, just thinking about it's squishyness gives me a shudder.
slimy little buggers. :)
Whooo Wheee ... We have a lot of slugs in the Pacific Northwest due to our wet weather. However, ours are not that nice orange color. Ours are mostly dark brown or black. Neat picture to go with the quote!
Going too slowly can go far.
Slimy, indeed, but a very nice shot!
Nice shot!
Love the title and the quote with this nice shot!

Cool shot - and I had to laugh at Texwisgirl's comment. :))
I cannot handle zee slugs . . . ew.
Great shot, I see them often around here. They are slimy and creepy.
I'm always feeling sluggish :-) Great photo! It looks so graceful as it bends along the branch.
Great capture of the shell-less gastropod.
Doesn't anyone enjoy Escargot?
They are interesting. Tough when they're stepped on! That is a great shot.
eek, ick.....beautiful color....great capture.

I thought I knew everything about slugs (we've so many here!), but I didn't know that they can have an internal shell.
